At Impact Wholesale, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns for Refund

• Items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date.
• To be eligible, items must be:
  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging/box
• Returns not caused by Impact, are subject to a 15% restocking fee

Returns After 14 Days

• After the 14-day refund period, we offer:
  • Store credit
  • Exchanges only
• All returns must still meet the condition requirements, including the original box and packaging

Return Requirements

To qualify for any return:

• Proof of purchase is required
• Items must be free from damage, wear, or alterations
• The original box is mandatory (no exceptions)

Non-Returnable Items

• Any item not in its original condition
• Items missing original packaging
