Returns for Refund
- Items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging/box
- Returns not caused by Impact, are subject to a 15% restocking fee
Returns After 14 Days
- After the 14-day refund period, we offer:
- Store credit
- Exchanges only
- All returns must still meet the condition requirements, including the original box and packaging
Return Requirements
To qualify for any return:
- Proof of purchase is required
- Items must be free from damage, wear, or alterations
- The original box is mandatory (no exceptions)
Non-Returnable Items
- Any item not in its original condition
- Items missing original packaging
